When Bryan Adams first auditioned to sing in a band, Dave happened to be the bass player. BA didn�t get the gig, but eight years later, the tables were turned - this time Dave was trying out for BA�s band.
Dave joined BA and the boys in 1982 and they have been together ever since. Affectionately known as 'Clam', Dave keeps the bottom end rocking and, as BA points out, "pulls great shapes" on stage in the form of some very unique movements as he keeps the beat. Dave lives in Vancouver with his wife Miesje and young song Griffin. He also has two teenage girls from his former marriage - Robin and Samantha.
