Keith began playing guitar in his early teen years, having been influenced by many of the guitar heroes of the late sixties, i.e.: Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix and Jimmy Page. After some serious wood shedding, he joined a local touring rock club band and spent 8-9 years with different bands working across Canada.
It was while on tour through Toronto in the "summer of 76" that Keith met BA through a mutual friend. They had lunch at a diner on the corner of Church and Charles Streets ironically called "Adam's Grill". They exchanged mutual respects for each other along with telephone numbers. Shortly after BA recorded his second album "You Want It, You Got It", he called Keith to form a touring band. After opening act stints with The Kinks and Foreigner, Keith was asked to play guitars on "Cuts Like A Knife" and has performed on all of BA albums and tours since then.
Besides gathering attention from his work with BA, Keith has also recorded with Dion, David Bowie, Bonnie Rait, Cher, Rita MacNeil and recently Anne Murray and his good pals, The Odds.
Keith can be seen driving around in one of his classic '66 Mustangs in and around the neighbourhood of West Vancouver where he resides. Besides writing and recording his own music in his home studio, Keith enjoys a veriety of hobbies and activities like playing ice hockey, collecting "old stuff" (a large collection of Fiesta Ware and Dinky Toys). Keith also actively pursues the vintage guitar market, as he states, "cuz you can't have enuff geetars!"
